Our home was built in 2016 with 2 spacious levels for the whole family.
 

The 1st level is the garage, family room, kitchen, dining, and entry way (parking for 2 cars)
 

The 2nd Level offers an open concept game room with three bedrooms, including the primary suite.

Other featured include a half bath on the 1st level and two full baths on the 2nd level with an official dedicated workspace and a full-size Washer & Dryer.

Guests will have access to the private driveway, 2-car garage and entire townhome.

Parking for 2 vehicles in the garage, any others would need to park in the driveway or on the street.

Once you are settled in, grill & lounge poolside at the community pool or cozy up on our back patio.
